  • Showroom Sales Advisor at our Derby Branch

We currently have a vacancy for a Showroom Sales Advisor to join our friendly sales team at our Derby Branch.

Self motivated with a passion for sales, you will be assisting and advising retail and trade customers in our showroom, helping our customers to choose the right tiles for their project; bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, outdoor areas, right through to grout and trim colours, efficiently progressing through the sale process.

Liaison with customers and colleagues in order processing procedures, keeping customers up to date with the progress of their orders/enquiries, by email, whatsApp and telephone etc where appropriate.

Following up customer enquiries where samples have been sent to customers.

Working with our team in the upkeep, tidiness and cleanliness of our showroom areas.

Contribution to display ideas & display presentation.

Our administration processes are key to ensuring the efficient execution of sales. Reporting, communicating and storing information essential to this role.

The ideal candidate will already have sales experience, possess strong customer service skills and be able to demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude to work. Effective communication at all levels along with being able to work on your own initiative would be a great advantage.

The salary is negotiable, based on experience and knowledge.

Normal working hours are between 7.30am to 4.30pm for weekdays, and 9.00am to 3.00pm on Saturday on rotation. Full and part time hours considered.

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable cleaner to work at our Derby Branch

This will be after hours (4:30pm) for approximately 2 hours per session, 2-3 days a week.
