No, just like any other shop, you can just walk in and browse our range. However, if you want to have some bespoke advice and support from a member of our team, you would be advised to call ahead to ensure a member of our team is ready to help you – especially if you’re travelling a distance to visit our shop.

Our full range of kitchen, bathroom, wall, floor, outdoor and luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) are all available to view at our Codnor (Ripley) showroom as well as other special orders that aren’t on the website. All of our range of tiles in every colour, style, pattern and size are able to be viewed in our Codnor showroom and shop and when you visit you can take advantage of being able to select sample tiles to borrow and take away with you.

Certainly! Once you have decided what tiles you want to buy from us you can call in and place an order or order by phone, email or using the online form. Your order can be delivered to you anywhere in the UK either via our own delivery vehicle for local deliveries or the Palletline and Parcelforce network, although some delivery charges will be applicable.

Our Codnor showroom and shop are open from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the showroom is open on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you have other questions that you want to ask outside of our regular opening hours, please fill in our online form with your message or question and we’ll be back in touch with you as soon as we can.

Yes, we have our other showroom in Derby near the city centre, which is only approximately half an hour away, and has a complete range of our tiles for sale. Whether you’re looking for kitchen, bathroom, floor, wall, outdoor or LVT tiles we have every colour, size and style for you to view and collect a sample to borrow of the options you favour the most.
