Once your order is confirmed as complete, a delivery day will be set by mutual convenience. You can also order on line to collect from one of our branches, or order in the branch itself. Please indicate clearly your preference when ordering.

Orders for delivery local to our branches and within a 20 mile radius will normally be delivered by our own vehicle. All other orders will be delivered via the Pallet Line network. In all circumstances it is the buyer’s responsibility to notify use of any site conditions that may affect our delivery. This includes but is not limited to parking restrictions, vehicle access through width, height and obstruction, gravel and uneven surfaces, building sites and high rise buildings. Failure to notify of these or where delivery is not possible or too risky for health and safety of the driver and goods as a result of your omissions, actions or inactions may result in an extra charge to you and a further delay in delivery.

The driver will, at his discretion, leave the load as near to your property as is safe to do. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations, the driver is under no obligation to carry tiles into your property. If you are unable to do this yourself then please arrange for someone to help.

The pump truck used to carry the loaded pallet will not operate on anything other than a firm, smooth and level surface.

All shortages and damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Damage that is obvious at time of delivery should be noted on the carriers delivery/consignment note. In all cases damages must be supported by photographic evidence including packaging.

Samples  - Sample pieces will be sent by second class post. Sample tiles will be sent by parcel carrier within 48 hours.

Returns

Samples - Full size sample tiles may only be returned to one of our branches and must be supported by your original invoice as proof of purchase. Please note, it is your responsibility to supply an Invoice as proof. Credit card slips will not accepted as proof.

Faulty goods – Please refer to our  ‘Goods and Warranty’ section above.

Incorrect goods – Goods supplied incorrectly (to the accompanying paperwork) will be replaced at our cost. However, we would ask you to protect & take adequate precautions to prevent damage to our products whilst in your possession. All packaging, where possible, should be kept intact and secure.

Excess to requirement – At our discretion we will accept only full box quantities on stock lines where we still have the same batch in stock. Returns must be made within 28 days of invoice, with proof of purchase and at your own cost. Special order products may not be returned. You will be advised on your order confirmation where tiles are by special order.

Your Statutory Rights will prevail in all cases.
